While we strive to accurately display your calendar data, we are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in the data shown. You should verify important information directly in your Google Calendar.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ExCalendar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where Expeditise LLC is registered.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Expeditise LLC regarding ExCalendar and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, or service outages.
